Sacred Time is good at recruiting Normal Monsters, so it's easy to put out, but on the other hand, since it also revives, you can't use it again, so I'm hesitant to adopt this card. It is also painful that the level does not match subtly.

Dragon has plenty of GY Fertilizer cards such as Mausoleum and Ravine, so it's not difficult, but 3 bodies feels heavy even with his GY cost. Even in Sacred Hour, vanilla dragons aren't used that much, so it's easy to affect the development, and it's basically out of the adoption range.
He needs GY's dragon, even if the effect is suitable for his level. It's no longer just limited to vanilla. All-around removal and handy effects.
Anyway, a card that consumes a lot of GY. Dragon has a lot of decks where his GY ad is important, so I think it's a desirable peaky card for specialized builds.
Fortunately, he himself has plenty of support, and there are no same-name deployments or activation restrictions. If you use exclusion tactics, advanced rituals, lawn mowing, etc., and use as much GY as you can, I think it will have the performance to be an ace.

Special Summon The conditions are slightly heavy, and even the effect requires a cost, but the removal itself is quite useful regardless of the type of card. It doesn't fit well in the Hour Deck, but if you're centering around Vanilla Dragon, it's a pretty good trump card.

However, since the effect is hype, it can be used much better than some character rare sacred carving.
A deck with a lot of vanilla dragons would be fine.

There's no way the Damned effect is weak.
I don't see it in the normal holy time, but it seems there is a dedicated holy time that specializes in bringing out this guy.
There are some interesting cards overseas that synergize with this card, so I'm looking forward to them coming to Japan.

I wouldn't say the Damned effect is weak.
However, the summoning conditions are much heavier than the Damned.
If you exclude the vanilla that is used in the Holy Hour and make a mistake, the strategy will collapse and you will die.
It's not a bad idea to use it as a finisher or to take advantage of your opponent's openings, but if you want to go out of your way to use this unstable card that can cause accidents...
I appreciate it because it can be used with other decks of his, but it's still heavy...

A card that thrives on the vanilla dragon axis rather than the sacred time. Due to the large number of exclusions, it is difficult to operate in Holy Time.
The high RBI and the destructive effect that doesn't choose the card are undoubtedly powerful, and instead of making it easier to use, it feels like a damned with a small amount of removal and no limit.
His deck is limited as it is easy to put out, but I want to build his deck well and play an active role.

I think a Chaos Deck with Normal Monsters would work. Furthermore, if the banished monster is "Eclipse Wyvern", you can combo the banished monster into your hand. But it's still heavy, so I think maybe 1 or 2 is reasonable.
My personal opinion is that if he puts this card in his deck, he should put "Guard of Flamvell" as well.
